To give brides-to-be a taste of what it might feel like on their special day, Clevedon Hall is promising an array of treats and indulgences for them at its Spring Wedding Fayre later this month.

Organisers of the event at Clevedon Hall in Clevedon, North Somerset on February 27 will be giving brides a fast-track entrance, complete with a free glass of bubbly and canaps.

As wedding planner Abi Kynaston explained: “The response to a similar event here last year was amazing with more than 700 visitors attending. Weddings are first and foremost about the bride so we feel sure their friends and families won’t mind if we treat them as VIPs right from the start which is why we will be giving them special treatment at the show.”

The first 200 brides through the magnificent entrance doors of the Hall, will also receive a unique gift to help them with planning their big day. They will also be entered into a competition to win an exclusive prize to celebrate Clevedon Hall’s first anniversary as a wedding venue.

“We have been delighted with our first year of hosting and organising weddings and so we want to pull out all the stops to make this Spring Wedding Fayre the most talked about in the region,” said Abi.

Against the backdrop of the Hall’s Victorian splendour, some 40 exhibitors will be showing off their wares and services ranging from live music and cars to photography and cake-tasting. Resident event caterers Parsnip Mash will be providing exquisite canaps and an array of bridal gowns will also be on show during the day.

Just minutes from Junction 20 on the M5, Clevedon Hall is set in extensive grounds with its own lake. Its versatile function rooms include a Hall and sweeping staircase as well as an Orangery and Grand Library. Admission to the Fayre is free and the event runs from 11am – 4pm.
