Do you have a keen 10-14 year old pizza fan in the family? If so, here is a chance for him or her to make his name as Junior Wood Fired Oven Pizza Chef of the Year. The competition, which is being run by Manna from Devon Cooking School in conjunction with Somerset Life and Bushman Wood Fired Ovens, invites talented young chefs to demonstrate their skills by submitting an original recipe for a margherita pizza, and for a creative pizza topping.

Prizes range from a Bushman Wood Fired Oven (worth £3,000) to a cooking day at Manna, and the national final will be held at the Dartmouth Food Festival in late October.
