Cheshire and Warrington Carers Centre held their inaugural summer ball at Abbeywood Estate, near Delamere, as part of the Northwich charity’s 20th anniversary celebrations. Fabulous raffle prizes were donated by local businesses to help raise £900 before guests danced the night away.

The event was initiated by full-time carer, Suzanne Haslam, whose five-year-old son Jacob Booth has cerebral palsy: ‘I wanted to raise funds for the centre as well as giving carers like myself the opportunity to dress up and enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing. We hope it will now become an annual fundraising event for the centre.’
