Dartmouth AFC Under 15s has unveiled their new team strip, sponsored by local business Coast and Country Cottages, writes Zoe Kuyken.
Despite the weather, Sunday was an exciting day at Dartmouth AFC where the Under 15s prepared to receive their new strip from sponsors Coast and Country Cottages. The team members, as well as the manager, Simon Webb, and captain, Liam Wadeson were presented with the new kit at Longcross football field by Jon Doyle, operations director of Coast & Country Cottages. With the new kit, the team will certainly make a statement on the pitch.
After the presentation, Jon Doyle commented: “We are a local company passionate about supporting the community within the South Hams. We are, therefore, extremely pleased to demonstrate our commitment by sponsoring Dartmouth AFC under 15s and present them with their new kit for the 2013/2014 season.”
Jon continued: “We hope the new football strip brings the team good luck and success during the forthcoming season. It certainly started well on Sunday as the team went on to win seven nil against Kingsteignton, putting them at the top of the league.”
