Social Life photos from Wellington School’s leavers’ celebration

Wellington School recently held a Commemoration Day, which featured a talk from Paralympian swimmer Elizabeth Wright. The school chaplain, Reverend Jeremy Hellier, held an emotional ceremony, which was followed by a Corps

of Drums parade on the Quad.

The leaving sixth formers and guests then had a prize giving in the marquee, followed by Champagne and lunch.

In the evening the marquee was tranformed to hold a Venetian masked ball, where scarlet ostrich feathers and striped gondola poles bedecked the marquee, and 400 sixth formers, parents and staff danced the night away.
