The award-winning Hatton Court Hotel was delighted to host the Cotswold Life property luncheon.
The Hatton Court Hotel hosted the Cotswold Life winter property luncheon. After a champagne reception, the guests, which included representatives from the major estate agencies across Gloucestershire, enjoyed a starter of cured & torched mackerel, with cucumber flavours, dill & saffron emulsion, a main course of venison loin, glazed ox tongue, beetroot & blackberries and a dessert of ‘tasting of chocolate’. Darren Hiscox from The Hatton Court, Richard Evans and Tim Thurston from Cotswold Life also gave short speeches.
