The Magdalen Chapter hotel recently celebrated it’s first birthday with two parties. The first was a cocktail party for staff to thank them for their hard work over the past year. The second was a tea party for a one-year-old boy, George Pearce, from Exeter. George won a competition ran by the hotel to win a party for his first birthday. Twenty of his friends and family attended the event and enjoyed a sumptuous birthday tea.
