Focusing on the customer experience when replacement tyres are needed on a rental vehicle, All Fleet Services has been appointed to operate a dedicated service for Europcar customers, reducing inconvenience and delays.

With 270 locations across the UK, it is essential for Europcar to ensure that its 50,000–strong vehicle fleet is optimised with as little ‘down-time’ as possible, both for the benefit of the business and its customers. All Fleet Services has created a dedicated call handling facility to manage all aspects of replacement tyre requirements for Europcar customers. The team handle all tyre requests, log details and assess each situation. With the customer having all the relevant information to make an informed decision, the Europcar-branded team then makes all the necessary arrangements to get them back on the road as quickly as possible. The result has been increased use of the Europcar fleet and minimised costs to the customer.
