The Roses Theatre has a fantastic offer for their young audience members this half term to celebrate the launch of their new coffee shop and milkshake bar; they are offing free milkshake refills with a milkshake and cake purchase. With 12 delicious flavours to choose from, there’s no reason to go anywhere else to spend time with friends, or even get a head start with their studies.

Cotteswold Coffee at The Roses is the new contemporary outlet offering a safe and relaxed environment as well as a varied range of food and drink options. The exciting choice of milkshakes, from vanilla to crème brûlée, is thanks to a partnership with local, family run company Cotteswold Dairy. As the only coffee shop in the area selling Cotteswold Dairy products, Cotteswold Coffee @ The Roses is one of a kind; The Roses are no strangers to breaking the mould and building bridges where it’s least expected and this is another example of their commitment to encouraging young people to actively engage with the arts centre.

The young and young at heart will also find plenty to enjoy from the live and film programme available over half term: Louis Pearl, otherwise known as The Amazing Bubble Man (Tuesday 27 October, 1.30pm & 3.30pm) has been bubbling professionally for over thirty years, mesmerising audiences with countless gasp inducing tricks as well as educating young audiences on the science of bubbles in an interactive and accessible way. Ballet Theatre UK are back with a crystalline quality retelling of Hans Christian Andersen’s The Snow Queen (Wednesday 28 October, 7.30pm), and Pixar’s latest animated masterpiece Inside Out (Tues 27 Oct, 6.15pm & Sat 31 Oct, 1pm) is a warm, witty, instant classic.

With free milkshake refills and discounted cinema tickets for Under 26’s, there is no reason to miss out this half term.
