Nestled in the picturesque East Devon countryside, the fair is the perfect opportunity for the family to explore River Cottage farm and enjoy the foodie delights that spring has to offer.

Nobody will go hungry at the Spring Fair as River Cottage Street Food joins forces with local artisan producers to open up a world of delicious dishes. There will also be a fully licensed bar serving local ciders, beers, wines and exciting seasonal cocktails. Visitors can enjoy a sit down meal in the pop up restaurant, located in the famous farmhouse itself which boasts a mouthwatering menu designed using fresh, seasonal and local produce.

Food aside, the fair has plenty to offer youngsters. Under 16s go free and a plethora of free activities are available to keep them entertained. The forest school encourages children to connect with nature and have fun building shelters and collecting wood for campfires. The Spring Fair’s new bee area is set to be a great success – as well as learning about the insects and their role in sustaining the planet’s ecosystems, children can try their hand at beeswax candle making. Other workshops include felting and lucet braiding, pottery and natural woodcraft.
