Established in 2009 by the Sodje brothers, the SSF is a charity that supports community development in the UK, Nigeria and Africa. A recent shooting day at Cloudside was one of many Sodje events to raise money and the second year that they have held a shooting day here. Since its introduction, the Sodje Sports Foundation has helped children and young people through the development of sport, education, health and positive social cohesion programmes and by donating sports equipment to schools and community football teams.

Over £12,000 was raised on the day and many local business people, celebrities and residents from Alderley Edge and the surrounding areas attended.
