The Cheshire and North Wales Law Society (CNWLS) dinner was attended by more than 200 guests who raised £1,126 for Hope House Children’s Hospice and the Parkinson’s Society.

The event was held at the Crowne Plaza, Chester, where Society president Osian Roberts gave an address ahead of chief executive Paul Tennant’s speech. Gwenllian Huws said grace before dinner, during which guests were treated to a music from Ceri Haf Roberts and Lois Griffiths, accompanied by Rachel Phillips, and Holly Skelton delivered a toast to members of the legal profession. Dinner was followed by a lively set by Irish band The Wee Bag Band.
