Westons Cider – Wyld Wood

Deep in the orchards of the Wye Valley, nature rules. Wildlife runs free, trees gracefully grow old, scrumptious apples and pears ripen at their own pace. And out of this wonderfully vibrant world came inspiration for the new name for Westons premium organic cider range – Wyld Wood.

Helen Thomas, Managing Director of Westons Cider, comments “Westons has produced organic cider for over 15 years and Wyld Wood comes straight from the heart of our values. It illustrates our deep and on-going passion for good quality cider and our respect for nature and wildlife. We wanted to refresh the brand so consumers feel more connected with the simple, natural beauty of its origin”

Wyld Wood is produced using only the finest organic cider apples and pears. The juice of these fruits are pressed and then slowly fermented. Finally the ciders are matured in aged oak vats to improve the flavours. This results in a range of well balanced easy drinking organic ciders. It is an excellent cider to drink on its own on a balmy summers evening, or with lightly spiced asian inspired dishes, or classics such as roast gammon or pork.

Westons are excited to announce that Wyld Wood Organic Classic Cider will be the official cider of the StoneGate Summer Series at 60 summer proms style concerts across the UK this year - a perfect partnership for this cider which is a celebration of the British countryside in all its natural glory.
