Between 400 and 500 guests enjoyed the Annual Reunion Ball at the Royal Clifton Hotel in Southport. The ball started in 1967 as a simple fancy dress get together with friends before spiralling into the event it is today with a formal dress code. Today the ball has around 30 hosts, the children of previous hosts who enjoy a night of dancing and meeting up with friends old and new.Photography by John Cocks
