THE Mayor of Chorley, Councillor Iris Smith hosted the annual Chorley Mayor’s Charity Ball in the Lancastrian Suite at Chorley Town Hall. Around 200 guests attended the evening which included dinner, tombola, prize draw and auction and helped raise more than �2,300 for the Mayor’s chosen charities which include the North West Air Ambulance, St Catherine’s Hospice, Derian House Children’s Hospice and local young people’s organisations.PHOTOGRAPHY BY JOHN COCKS
