The actor has starred in blockbuster films and series including The Crown (Netflix), Sherlock (BBC), Beaver Falls (Channel 4), Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them as well as numerous stage performances. He is currently portraying the now infamous Stephen Reid in ITV’s Coronation Street.

Derby LIVE and Little Wolf Entertainment - the award-winning team behind smash-hit Derby pantomimes - have announced the star alongside other cast members, including familiar faces from pantomimes past.

Derby’s beloved award-winning panto dame Morgan Brind returns as Mother Goose, a much-loved matriarch to her quackers family who live in Squalkstone.

Kristian Cunningham, 2022’s Aladdin and local lad, makes his return to Derby Arena’s stage as Benedict.

Nicola Martinus-Smith returns to the cast line-up as Rosemary, while fan-favourite Roddy Peters returns as Baron Wasteland.

An action-packed adventure guaranteed to have the whole family honking with laughter, join the flight of fancy for this egg-stra special show packed full of hilarious yokes - it’s going to be cracking!

FARMER SCROOGE'S CHRISTMAS CAROL

Join local regulars Badapple Theatre as they present their comedy slant on Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol in Belper. Titled Farmer Scrooge’s Christmas Carol, writer Kate Bramley and her itinerant band of actors will give you a good old chuckle while the blustering, skin-flint farmer Ebeneezer Scrooge gets his comeuppance and is forced to see the error of his penny-pinching ways. The show is packed full of local stories and carols, puppets, mayhem and original songs from award-winning singersongwriter Jez Lowe.
