Valuations for Insurance, Probate or Sale on The Open Market are all professionally carried out in house by qualified valuers including fellow and member of the IRV (Institute of Registered Valuers) and the JVA (Jewellery Valuers Association).
With a gemmological laboratory on site, gemstones can be conclusively tested and identified, including a state-of-the-art EXA™ Spectrometer, to identify between natural and synthetic diamonds, something that is extremely important today.

The company also sell Accurist Watches, Steiff bears, silver items and jewellery boxes. They are always happy to try and source an item if they don’t have it in stock and also offer a complimentary gift-wrapping service for all purchases.
A highly experienced goldsmith, working to an excellent standard, carries out numerous repairs from broken chains, resizing of rings through to replacement gemstones and complete remodelling.
There is also a silversmith who works to an exacting standard. A pearl and bead restringer and a talented hand engraver complete the team ready to restore your items or to enhance new purchases.
