The Woodlands Suite at Ribby Hall in Wrea Green was the setting for the 19th annual charity fundraising dinner for the Richard J Wilson Sports Foundation.

More than 160 guests enjoyed a glamorous evening which featured a delicious dinner, live entertainment and an auction to help raise funds for the foundation.

The charity ball raised more than £9,000 which will go towards helping individuals and sports clubs on the Fylde Coast to fulfil their sporting potential.

The foundation was created in memory of Richard Wilson, a talented all-round sportsman, and former captain of Kirkham Grammar School's rugby union team, who sadly passed away aged 19.
