Somewhere to eat

In a relatively small village, there are plenty of places to eat and spend awhile. Locals love – and people travel for – the gorgeous Wyresdale Park, home to the popular Applestore Café, pictured above, where brunches, sky high cakes and super salads are on the menu. Just down the hill pub classics, as well as waffles and ice creams all the members of the family will love, can be found at The Barn. The Priory is great for top quality restaurant dishes making the most of local ingredients. Don’t miss a chance for an alfresco brew at their gorgeous vintage tea van.
