What first attracted you to it?
I built the house. I was initially attracted to the area because of the lovely village and being close to all routes and the plot of land had well established grounds which are beautiful.

I have changed the house over the years and tried to keep it up to date with decor and technology.
What will you miss most about the house?
I will miss the privacy that the house offers, it has been fantastic to be able to lock myself away but also be so close to everything. The property will always have lots of options and possibilities for whoever lives here.

I feel the garden and grounds are an amazing part of this property; the mature trees offer the seclusion and privacy that I wanted, I have planted so many trees over the years and watched them grow into what could be described as a parkland which is home to lots of wildlife including deer, foxes, badgers, owls weasels, hares, rabbits and pheasants. It will be missed.
