North Norfolk is fast becoming as popular as the Cotswolds – and some very familiar faces have been spotted exploring the county.
Celebrities such as Daniel Craig, Rachel Weisz and Kim Cattrall have been spending their spare time along the coastline, and the likes of Olivia Colman and Jessie Buckley call it home.
And recently, Lydia Millen, an influencer with more than four million followers on social media, bought a cottage in the area despite initially looking for a new home in the Cotswolds.
Here are some of the reasons why north Norfolk is a chosen spot for plenty of stars.
Cracking foodie spots
The north of the county is packed with much‑loved food spots, from delis and bakeries to smart country pubs.
One pub that offers a sea view has been visited by EastEnders star Ross Kemp.

The award-winning gastro pub serves local seafood that includes everything from Brancaster Mussels and oysters to Cromer crab.
The White Horse in East Runton is a hotspot for celebrities, with numerous famous faces making a trip to the pub.

Mark Wright, has visited the pub multiple times with wife Michelle Keegan and fellow The Only Way Is Essex star, James 'Arg' Argent.
Peaceful beaches to visit
The extensive coastline in Norfolk is something the Cotswolds can’t offer and there are plenty of options for a beach stroll.
Cromer is an obvious choice when exploring the Norfolk coast, with its abundance of cafes, gift shops and its famous pier.
Earlier this year, a Hollywood actress best known for starring in an award-winning comedy enjoyed a visit to the town and surrounding areas.

Kim Cattrall, who played Samantha Jones in Sex and the City, posted a picture posing in front of the pier and said she was "strolling through beautiful Norfolk on a beautiful day".
In December, Daniel Craig and his wife Rachel Weisz, visited Sea Palling with their daughter.
During their trip, they went to Sandy Hills Cafe before going to see the seals at Waxham beach.
Discreet, high‑end places to stay
North Norfolk is full of smart but understated hotels, cabins and country retreats.
The Pigs in Edgefield, near Holt, is a well-known spot for some of the UK's top influencers to spend a long weekend away while exploring the county.
Influencers who have stayed at this country retreat include Love Island's Millie Court, Liam Reardon and Georgia Harrison.

Fitness influencer Zoe Haugh has also enjoyed a trip to The Pigs.
It has 18 luxury spa bedrooms, which all have a private sauna, courtyard and firepit.
Some have steam rooms and hot tubs, with the three 'super suites' called Bubble & Squeak, Sty in the Sky and The Wallow.
Scenic walks
North Norfolk is made for unhurried, scenic walks, from wild dunes and salt marsh to cliffs, woodland and quiet lanes.
Blakeney Point and Cley Marshes is a four mile walk across dunes and shingle, past the old Lifeboat House and through one of the UK’s most important wildlife reserves.
Singer James Blunt is associated with this spot as his family previously owned the windmill in the area.

Walkers will get to spot an abundance of wildlife and views that feel almost otherworldly in the right light.
Holt Country Park has woodland and heathland walks that show off heather and pines, paired with views out to the coast from higher ground.
It is believed that Kim Cattrall also strolled around the park on her trip to the county.
