This winter, Quayside bar, restaurant and cafe in Ipswich has been creating some wonderful new cocktails designed to take away the winter chills

Quayside Cooler

1oz/25ml vodka1oz/25ml Midori melon liqueur 4oz/100ml lemon/lime sours mixDash of lemonadeDash of Blue Curacao +1 lime

To a cocktail shaker add vodka, Midori and sours mix. Add crushed ice to a tall glass. Pour contents of cocktail into the glass. Top cocktail with lemonade and Blue Curacao. Garnish with wedge of lime.

Chocolate-Tini

Blender with jugHurricane glass/large glass of wine2oz/50ml Advocaat1oz/25ml Disaronno Amaretto4oz/100ml Half n Half (50% milk/50% double cream)Chocolate sauce

Edge glass with chocolate sauce and let it pour into the glass as you make cocktail. In a blender jug add a handful of ice, Advocaat, Disaronno Amaretto and Half N Half, which should be visible when looking from the top, if not add a little more Half N Half. Blend. When almost done, carefully open top of blender and add chocolate sauce until it takes on a chocolate colour. Add as much or as little as you want to taste. Pour into glass and serve.
