A Devon tourism firm has been awarded a great accolade at a respected awards ceremony.
Toad Hall Cottages has been named the Best Small UK Cottage Booking Company at the prestigious British Travel Awards.
Highly respected within the industry, the British Travel Awards are voted for by the public alone.
The award was presented by Angus Deaton to Toad Hall’s Managing Director, David Hanmer, at the dinner and ceremony in Battersea Park.
“We are absolutely over the moon to receive this prestigious award,” says David. “Toad Hall Cottages is a small company based in Devon and the award is a testament to all our staff who go out of their way to make each guest’s stay as enjoyable as possible. I’m delighted that all that hard work has paid off.”
Toad Hall Cottages are based in Kingsbridge in Devon and over the last 25 years have built up a reputation for having not only great properties but also expert local knowledge. The company offers more than 540 self-catering holiday cottages in South Devon, North Devon, East Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset ranging from romantic boltholes for two, to dog friendly and family properties, and also much larger luxury houses.
