Our readers capture the impressive views from one of the largest limestone pavements in Britain.

The limestone pavement at Farleton Knott may not be as famous as its close neighbour of Hutton Roof Crags or even Malham in the Yorkshire Dales, but it has proven to be a location that is well worth visiting.

Farleton Knott is located just to the east of the M6 and is part of the limestone link that runs from Arnside to Kirkby Lonsdale. It is surrounded by Farleton Fells and one of the most recognisable features of the knott is the lone tree that is ever-changing to reflect the seasons.

If you do venture to the summit you are rewarded with views of the Lake District and Morecambe Bay to the west and the Ingleborough and the Yorkshire Dales to the east.
