Get snapping for the Cheshire Life photography competition in association with Wilkinson Cameras
Spring has sprung and with it comes a wealth of great photo opportunities for amateur snappers all over the county. And our talented readers haven’t let the grass grow under their feet – they’ve been out in their droves taking scores of brilliant pictures.
Our annual photographic competition has already attracted a lot of wonderful entries, including the examples on these pages, but there’s still time for you to be a part of it.
All you have to do is upload your best pictures taken anywhere in Cheshire, to our website. The best three pictures, as chosen by our panel of judges, will win great photographic equipment which will help you take even better pictures.
This year’s competition is once again sponsored by Wilkinson’s Cameras and as ever they have selected some wonderful prizes to give away to whoever takes the three pictures chosen by our panel of expert judges.
The winner will receive a Nikon D3200 & AF-S 18-55 VR worth £445, second prize is a Nikon 1 J2 & 10-30mm White worth £400 and our third place photographer will win a Nikon Coolpix S9300 Red worth £200 (all prices correct as of January).
The judging panel will be led by Cheshire Life editor Louise Taylor who will choose the winners along with picture editor John Cocks and David Pilkington from Wilkinsons Cameras.
