This family-friendly festival will be a celebration of the best in music, performance, storytelling and creative making. Friday 26th to Monday 29th August

The West Dean Festival promises to be a memorable and fun celebration of relaxed creativity in a truly beautiful setting. The festival will incorporate outstanding headliners and up-and-coming performers from world music and contemporary folk. Poetry, film, dance, theatre and the art of storytelling will also be explored with performances, readings, workshops and slams. Throughout the weekend there will be opportunities to participate in a variety of creative making workshops under the direction of Alison Baxter, Head of Short Courses at West Dean.

Visitors will have full access to the extraordinarily beautiful West Dean Gardens, Parkland and Arboretum. While a children’s area, delicious locally produced organic food, cooking demonstrations and licensed bars will also be available.
