The annual Lancaster and District Homeless Action Service fundraising dinner dance was held at the Globe Arena in Morecambe.
The gala evening, sponsored by the IT Works Resource Group, raised around £10,000 for the charity. The event is designed to help raise awareness in the local community about the work done for homeless people in the Lancaster area.
Around 150 guests were entertained by DJ Danny Matthews and singer Molly Warburton. Organiser Darren Mills said: ‘Homelessness is a topic that isn’t readily talked about. This event brings that awareness to the people, raising vital funds for the charity to continue their work.’
