Friends of Lytham Hall organised a masked ball to raise funds for the restoration of the 18th century house. This year’s ball, set against the backdrop of the stunning house, was the biggest yet.
Almost 300 guests were in attendance, some dressed in wonderful Baroque costumes to suit the period of the hall. A live and silent auction included prizes such as a day at Cartmel races, the use of a Mercedes for a weekend and a pearl necklace, helping to raise a record £20,000.
