More than 200 ladies from across the county attended Hurlston Hall, Scarisbrick, to enjoy the annual Ladies’ Day celebrations. Guests arrived in style for a drinks reception, followed by two course lunch and afternoon tea with live racing from Aintree.
Gavin Jones of The Rush band provided musical entertainment and there was also a comic set from stand up John Gillian.
Hurlston Hall’s Aoife O’Brien said: ‘The Ladies’ Day event is getting bigger and better every year and everyone had an absolute ball. I’ve already had lots of people trying to book for next year.’
