60th anniversary celebrated at Anfield Football Stadium

Liverpool Society of Lady Golf Captains celebrated its 60th anniversary with a Diamond Jubilee Dinner.

There were 290 Lady Captains from 21 golf clubs in Liverpool and South West Lancashire who were welcomed to the Beautiful Game Suite at Anfield Football Stadium by captain of the society, Jackie Bickerstaffe. Maureen Madill, player, coach and golf broadcaster was an entertaining speaker and Gospel Touch provided musical entertainment.
