Pizza fans in Poole enjoyed a slice of the action at the opening night of The Stable on Poole Quay.
Specialising in gourmet pizzas topped with locally sourced ingredients and West Country ciders, this is the newest branch of The Stable brand. Started by Bull Hotel owners Richard and Nikki Cooper at the former stables of their Bridport hotel, there are now Stables in Weymouth, Bath, Bristol and Poole. Even a power cut mid-party didn’t stop the fun as the beautiful Georgian inn was filled with candlelight.
