An exclusive summer evening event with special guest, Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy was staged at the Wayfarers Shopping Arcade, located at the heart of Southport’s Lord Street.
Guests who attended the event at the iconic, Grade II listed building had the opportunity to hear and enjoy Carol Ann read her work accompanied by the talented musician, composer and actor John A. Sampson who expertly played a range of unusual musical instruments. It was her second visit to the arcade.
