A long-established law firm has moved to a new office to take advantage of modern facilities

Winckworth Sherwood has switched from its city centre base in Oxford's Beaumont Street to a new office suite at Chawley Park, Cumnor Hill.

It has allowed the company to move away from accommodation across multiple floors to one single floor in contemporary facilities with parking. The unit totalling 4,429 sq ft has been obtained on a four-year sublease from existing tenants Ramboll UK.

Duncan May, director at VSL & Partners, who worked with Ramboll UK to arrange the sublease, said: "We are seeing a flow of professional services firms moving out of central Oxford due to the lack of city centre supply."

Marriotts acted on behalf of Winckworth Sherwood to acquire the premises.
