Phase one of Whitefriars, the most significant new residential development to come to the market in Gloucester, is now complete.

The much-anticipated city centre scheme encompasses 43 contemporary, architect-designed apartments, topped by an impressive residents’ roof garden, which boasts stunning views of Gloucester Cathedral.

Whitefriars is part of a £107m regeneration programme, led by Reef in partnership with Gloucester City Council, that will transform the city’s former Kings Quarter into a vibrant destination.

‘Whitefriars is at the heart of the changing face of Gloucester and an opportunity to be part of a sustainable new community that will have so much on its doorstep – including a gym, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars – and is exceptionally well-connected.

‘The homes are bright and spacious, designed and built to an incredibly high standard and have positive eco-credentials. The stylish specification includes Neff and Bosch appliances, walk-in showers and Amtico floors.

‘The roof garden really sets the scheme apart. The first of its kind in the city, it will be a real asset for residents, a place to relax, socialise and of course, soak up the views.’

Whitefriars is a collection of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Guide prices start from £135,000 for a studio apartment. Contact the team at Savills Cheltenham on 01242 548009 to find out more or arrange to view the show home.
