Lynne Elliott has been a part of the Penhurst Gardens team since 2024.
She has worked within the care sector for many years; supporting and enhancing people’s lives has always been her vocation. Lynne is passionate about making a positive difference, whatever that may look like for each person.
She values the opportunity to meet new people and the variety that each day brings in her role. She finds great satisfaction in building meaningful relationships and adapting her approach to meet individual needs.
Lynne holds a range of qualifications that support her practice, which include qualifications in administration, business, a Registered Managers Award, a Higher National Diploma in health and social care and a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for health and social care. These, combined with her experience, enable her to work in a professional yet personable manner, always placing the individual at the heart of all she does.
