You won’t pay any stamp duty on these Devon homes if you complete the purchase by March 31 next year
Last week the government increaesed the threshoold at which stamp duty must be paid to £500,000 for homes in England until 31 March 2021.
So what can you get in Devon that costs up to £500,000 and on which no stamp duty will be paid if you complete before next April?
Estate agents Strutt and Parker suggested four properties on their books:
Gauntlet Cottage, Silverton. Guide £350,000
