With many independent businesses and community events, it is no surprise that many people chose to live in Sprowston.

Offering easy access to Norwich it has proved especially popular with first-time buyers, with many new housing developments in recent years.

Here are five reasons why Sprowston is such a great place to live.

1. Community spirit

There is a great sense of community in Sprowston, with plenty of events running throughout the year.

2023 highlights include a Coronation Trail from May 6 to 8, organised by the Town Council, and the Sprowston Summer Fair with 60 stalls on August 12 at Sprowston Community Academy.

The town is also great for sports including Sprowston FC, who are also putting on Sprowstonbury outside the social club on June 24, the golf course at Sprowston Manor and Hustle boxing gym.

The Sprowston Youth Engagement Project (SYEP) provides great opportunities for 11-18-year-olds too.
