Cheltenham based Estate and Letting Agent Move has acquired premises in Gloucester to open its second office. The office at 2 Longsmith Street, Gloucester is currently being refurbished after being vacant for some time. The refurbishment will include replacing the current shop front with a traditional frontage that will be more in keeping with the area and see the property restored to its former glory. The new premises will open on a date to be announced in April.
Move was established by George Tatham-Losh in July 2013, he now heads up the business and has built up a reputation as one of the leading property experts in the area and is the Lettings Expert for the Property Investors Network.
George commented on the acquisition of the premises and plans for the future: “We have been very active in and around the City of Gloucester for a couple of years.
