The fourth annual Visit Bawtry Polo Cup raises £9,200

The fourth annual Visit Bawtry Polo Cup attracted a record crowd of 800 people and raised £9,200, its biggest amount so far, for local cancer charity Aurora Wellbeing Centres.

The charity knock-out polo event supported by Robinsons of Bawtry and sponsors Green Eco Grants Ltd took place at the Vale of York Polo Club at Misson with eight teams all sponsored by Bawtry businesses including the Crown Hotel, China Rose, Fine and Country, Robinsons of Bawtry, The Vanilla Rooms, Suttons Capital Allowances, Max Design Consultancy and Yasmine of Bawtry. The Bawtry Cup was won by The Vanilla Rooms with a 2-0 win. Next year’s event takes place on Sunday, July 3rd. w
