Dr Yusur Al-Nuaimi
Consultant Dermatologist Dr Yusur Al-Nuaimi specialises in the treatment of hair disorders: as Hair Clinical Lead for the British Hair and Nail Society and with her doctoral studies on the molecular control mechanisms of the human hair cycle, she is considered a leading national expert in managing hair loss. Hair loss is driven by multiple biological pathways, including inflammation and hormonal influences. Successful restoration requires a comprehensive, evidence based plan rather than a single intervention.
Dr Al-Nuaimi offers the full spectrum of proven treatments, from topical and oral medications to regenerative stem cell based therapies and follicular unit extraction (FUE) hair transplantation. Her surgical protocols often merge cutting edge regenerative medicine to prime the scalp, regulate the hair cycle and enhance graft survival. Her long term management also protects the native hair to ensure natural, lasting results.
By combining precise diagnostics with personalised treatment combinations, Dr Al-Nuaimi ensures every patient receives the right intervention at the right time, achieving scientifically grounded and enduring outcomes.
Dr Toby Nelson

Dr Toby Nelson is a fellowship-trained Consultant Dermatologist and one of only a handful of UK surgeons accredited by the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS).
In addition to his general dermatology practice, Dr Nelson specialises in the highly technical Mohs procedure for removal of facial skin cancer. This technique is a specialised surgical method for removing skin cancer, primarily Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) and Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC).
Unlike standard surgical excision, where a surgeon removes the visible tumour plus a wide safety margin of healthy skin and sends it to a lab for results days later, Mohs surgery involves the immediate microscopic examination of 100% of the surgical margins while the patient is still in the clinic. Dr Nelson removes only the diseased tissue, leaving healthy skin untouched. As such, the resulting wound is as small as possible, the subsequent reconstruction can be more refined, which is vital for the face. Mohs surgery offers the highest cure rate of any skin cancer treatment.

Devon-based Mr Mouzakis is one of the few plastic surgeons in the UK specialising in the management of lipoedema, offering a comprehensive approach to care.
Lipoedema is a chronic condition impacting approximately 10% of women worldwide. It is characterised by painful, sensitive areas of fatty tissue that do not respond to traditional weight loss methods. Triggered by hormonal changes, this condition can progress over time. Many women have suffered the condition for years whilst being unable to find treatment. Effective treatment often involves surgical interventions like lymphatic-sparing liposuction, which can alleviate pain and improve quality of life
Mr Mouzakis has developed the CORE Method as a specialist protocol including diagnosis, management, surgical options, and continuing health support. This protocol provides a unique structured, clinical pathway for treating lipoedema to ensure long-term success for patients. Mr Mouzakis prioritises functional results, including pain reduction and restored mobility, but also achieves high quality aesthetic outcomes.
Mr James McDiarmid

Mr McDiarmid, Consultant Plastic Surgeon and founder of Wood MediSpa private hospital, has a special interest in facial rejuvenation. Every person is unique and each face ages differently: selecting the optimal combination of rejuvenative procedures is where he excels. An expert in understanding patterns of facial ageing, he is able to achieve a naturally youthful and seemingly-unoperated appearance in his facial rejuvenation patients.
After a detailed exploration of health and aesthetic concerns, Mr McDiarmid curates a menu of complementary surgical and non-surgical options. These range from deep structural options like facial implants that can restore skeletal projection, support and tighten the overlying soft tissues to lifting solutions (deep plane facelift, necklift, browlift or midfacelift) which elevate and resuspend soft tissues.
In his pan-facial rejuvenation procedures, often between 5 and 8 procedures are undertaken simultaneously in order to maximise harmony in the end result. There are many different ways to undertake each element of the treatment and fine-tuning the choices is where his expertise lies.
