Wakehurst’s Glow Wild

Glow Wild, the popular light trail at Wakehurst is back for its 9th year, and for this event, they are celebrating the beauty of colour in nature with their most vibrant and show-stopping displays yet.

This magnificent light trail will also allow you to explore the beautiful garden nocturnally, where you will encounter lights and sights that evoke awe for nature, from the dazzling bioluminescence of glowworms to moth lanterns and whisper-thin pollinators.

Also, on selected evenings, Wakehurst is offering quiet sessions starting at 4.15 pm for visitors with hidden disabilities, such as Autism.

Leonardslee Illuminated 2022

Marvel at suspended sculptures of planets, the moon and stars alongside twinkling fairy lights and a bounty of other beautiful sculptures. There will also be several exciting soundscapes to explore along this year's extended trail that now takes you through a 90-minute world of pure illumination.

You can also enjoy a gorgeous Victorian funfair, a mini Christmas market, tasty seasonal food and drink and other entertainment before entering the mile-long trail.

Christmas at Cowdray

Millions of LED lights will transform Cowdray Park this Christmas, and because it is located in the heart of the South Downs National Park, that means it falls under the world-renowned dark skies zone, meaning every light will sparkle just a little brighter!

Alongside a multi-sensory trail that will truly enthral every visitor, there are other attractions, such as Santa's Grotto, the light-up bar and a gigantic Ferris wheel that will give you a birds-eye view of all the pretty lights.
