Crowds from across the country travelled to the 184th Bakewell Show to enjoy a showcase of champion livestock, award-winning produce and thrilling main ring attractions

Following a dedicated Equestrian Day, this year’s event included nail-biting displays from James Dylan’s Stuntworld and fast-paced action during the scurry driving and Mounted Games. The huge variety of trade stands were complemented by attractive displays in the Food and Horticultural marquees. Elsewhere in the showground the Village Green offered live music, demonstrations, theatre performances and birds of prey. Displays of vintage vehicles and impressive entries in the competitive classes for cattle, horses, dogs, goats, rabbits, pigeons and poultry ensured the event was a success.
