The 117th Hartington Wakes, Sports and Show returned to its original home at High Fields on Hall Bank for the first time in 50 years

Celebrating all that is great about life in the country, visitors enjoyed a range of displays, activities and attractions.

There was an excellent turnout in the equestrian, livestock and sheep classes whilst the Terrier and Lurcher classes, which attract entries from across Great Britain, saw hot competition with regional qualifying dogs competing for the Pride of the Peaks Champion of Champions.
