Amberley Museum has announced the return of its Rail Gala.
The event is set to take place at the museum on Saturday, July 18, and Sunday, July 19, 2026.
The Rail Gala will feature a variety of steam, diesel and electric passenger trains operating on both days.
Attendees can enjoy rides on historic locomotives and explore the museum's collection and grounds.
There is also a wide selection of model railway exhibitors displaying layouts and collections across the museum site.
One highlight of the weekend is a visit to the historical Billingshurst Signal Box, where museum volunteers will explain the importance of signal boxes in the operation and safety of Britain's railways.
The event provides photography opportunities with trains running throughout the day.
The museum has encouraged visitors to pre-book tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
