A new family-friendly festival promising serious music, good energy and community is set for East Sussex.
The independent event, One Love/One Sun 2026, will take place at Bentley Estate near Lewes on August 21 and 22, 2026, with camping available until midday on August 23.
A "greenfield weekender" blending reggae, roots, dub and electronic music, the festival offers an immersive experience set in meadows and woodlands.
Visitors will be able to explore woodland arenas, food and craft stalls, the Rasta Village, holistic workshops, live art, bars and the Bentley Miniature Railway—nicknamed "the Train to Skaville" for the weekend.

Dan Wiltshire, festival organiser, said: "One Love/One Sun is about creating a proper weekend festival in the Sussex countryside – serious music, proper sound, food, family, community and good energy, all in a setting where people can stay, explore and feel part of something.
"One Love carries the roots and the sound-system tradition. One Sun opens the other current into the woods. They are different energies, but they belong together."
A highlight of the weekend will be the 50th anniversary celebration of the Saxon Sound System, which will appear with its full crew.
Friday will focus on sound system culture, featuring Saxon, Coxson, Jah Tubbys, Observer Supapower, Java Nuclear Power and Love Express.

Saturday will spotlight roots and reggae vocalists including Luciano, Bushman, Admiral Tibet, Linval Thompson and Little Roy.
The One Sun area, powered by Super Charge Sound System, will offer an electronic and ambient journey through the woods.
The programme features The Orb, A Guy Called Gerald, Ray Keith, The Grid DJ Set, Mixmaster Morris, Jagz Kooner, Nick Manasseh, Chris Coco and Carl Loben.

The event is just as much about culture as music.
Visitors can enjoy Caribbean and international food, plant-based options, rum punch, craft stalls, live graffiti and daytime activities for all ages.
The Rasta Village will offer activities including guided meditation, mindfulness, friendship bracelet making, mandala art, pranayama and gratitude sessions.
The Om & Bass holistic area will host yoga, tai chi, breathwork, qigong, sound baths and restorative workshops.
One Love/One Sun has named Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare as its official charity partner.
